I have found that for those who seek greater understanding of the Ancient Writings and the Lost Arts, there is one theme and one study that runs true throughout all things and this is music. For those that have gone before us, music was more than just a source of inspiration or entertainment. It seems to have been an integral part of their culture, a rich weaving of all their beliefs and practices, and even a part of their very language.
I have found so many reference to the Music of the Spheres and the eternal Language of Music that I am loathe to dismiss them as mere poetic fancy.
I include here one of the excerpts that I find so intriguing.
Chapter 12, Verses 3 through 5
"And so I pass unto thee, if thee wouldst truly hear such teachings as all of thee quest to learn, then open thine hearts and minds to the Music that is all around thee. For only when thou dost truly hear the Music, can thou truly see.
Hark! For the call shall only come once, and only when thou dost listen can THE WORD be known in the Music that graces thy ears!"
