Chapter Three, Verse Five
And Samuel did speak unto the Lords of the Land, and so said, 'In that it is the Will of He Who May Not Be Named, the Second Circuit hast been given Life again.'
Chapter Three, Verse Six
Once activated, the Cycle begins anew and all out Works shall be destroyed as such. Hear me now and mark this time, ye are bidden to come again unto the Maelstrom and at it's Heart doth reside the Eye. As it is Written, so let it Become. In Peril of Oblivion doth ye risk to Fail.'
